  • When you place an order on the Site, you are offering to purchase a product or service at the stated price.
  • We may reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in pricing or product information, or problems with payment processing.
  • All payments are made in Rupees.
  • We accept the following payment methods: UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card.
  1. Shipping and Returns
  • We will ship your order to the address you provide during checkout.
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
  • We accept returns for a full refund within 1 days of delivery only if the product is damaged upon arrival due to errors on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped) or mishandling by the delivery person.
  • To initiate a return for a damaged product, please contact us at contact@theartpark.in within 1 days of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged product.
  • You are responsible for properly packaging the damaged product for return shipment.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for products damaged due to our errors or mishandling by the delivery person.
  • We will process your return and issue a full refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • The Site and all content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Art Park or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use any content on the Site for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of The Art Park.
