We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we will accept returns and issue refunds.
What can be returned?
We will only accept returns for a full refund within 1 days of delivery if the product is damaged upon arrival due to one of the following reasons:
- Errors on our part: This includes incorrect items being shipped or products with manufacturing defects.
- M mishandling by the delivery person: This includes damage caused during transportation.
What can’t be returned?
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Products returned after 2 days of delivery
How to return a damaged product:
- Contact us at contact@theartpark.in within 1 days of delivery to initiate a return. Please include your order number and a description of the damage.
- We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged product.
- Properly package the damaged product for return shipment.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping for products damaged due to our errors or mishandling by the delivery person. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping if the product is not damaged upon arrival.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 business days.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we are not currently offering exchanges for damaged products. However, you can return the damaged product for a full refund and then place a new order for the correct item.
